+ Ability to navigate customer concerns and problem solve effectively/efficiently

+ Proficient at lead follow up and suggestive selling for sales scheduling

Responsibilities:

+ Learn and apply Subaru’s proven sales process from customer greeting to vehicle delivery

+ Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget

+ Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and value

+ Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers in a timely, professional manner

+ Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

+ Stay current on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends

+ Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

+ Collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences

+ Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills
