The Associate, Change Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting in the implementation of change management plans that maximize utilization and speed of adoption by employees. They work closely with senior change management professionals to develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and presentations.
NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week onsite in our Walnut Creek office.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
+ Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute effective project and change plans.
+ Create and manage change enablement plans for projects of varying complexity.
+ Provide administrative support to the manager at enterprise level .
+ Identify potential risks and develop strategies to drive end-user adoption of project and program deliverables.
+ Create, maintain and manage playbooks, templates and other change management resources, and assist stakeholder in effectively utilizing these resources.
+ Employs a structured change management approach, leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure successful implementation of project changes.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
+ Working knowledge of project management principles including training development, effective communication, and business process improvement.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken formats.
+ Ability to build coalitions and drive change.
+ Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization ensuring clear and impactful communication.
+ Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with others.
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and devise creative strategies.
EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
+ Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma/GED
+ 0-2 years of related experience in change management, communications, training or operational role
+ Preferred Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree
We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $74,788.00 - Mid: $93,483.00- Max: $112,179.00
