    We are on a journey to surface valuable healthcare intelligence from a sea of data enabling confident, real-time decisions to boost launch success and patient impact. We plan to accomplish this by developing a platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence to collate volumes of data from a wide-range of sources and synthesize the information into actionable insights, and we need your expertise to educate and accelerate our roadmap.

     

    Reporting to the RWD Product Line Manager, you are an influential Product Owner with a passion for building data centric software products in an agile way. You have a deep understanding of pairing current and emerging person-level data opportunities with software products leading to value drivers for the business. You are passionate about working with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers and business analysts to build and deliver exceptional data products relying on data foundations, advanced data science capabilities, and compelling visualizations to make a difference for the patients of tomorrow. You are comfortable guiding technical implementation decisions drawing from various perspectives, benefits, dependencies and engineering commitments to create a comprehensive roadmap. You enjoy defining and guiding implementation of KPIs to ensure design and delivery of extraordinary applications.

    Main Responsibilities:

    + Scope data product strategy leveraging RWD to meet Sanofi strategic business objectives

    + Own the Why, What and When of the product: responsible for the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals

    + Connect business and tech worlds

    + Own the user experience – internal voice of the user in the pod (product team), supported by UX/CX

    + Work with the scrum master and the digital data team daily, maintaining team health

    + Own the product backlog and its continuous refinement and prioritization

    + Negotiate Yes/No with the business and with the delivery team; empowered to make decisions related to product features, backlog prioritization, release planning

    + Define user stories and accept them from the delivery team

    + Measure generated value and incorporate user feedback to ensure continuous value delivery

    + Ensure good practices in architecture and that the product meets applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements

    + Develop launch plans, ensure readiness of the various cross-functional partners

    + Provide consistent updates to leadership and executives, making communication easy and clear regarding product issues and decisions to be made

    + Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics

     

    About You

    Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

    + Bachelors or Masters/Ph.D. Degree in Epidemiology/Pharmacoeconomics, Biomedical sciences/engineering, Computer Sciences or related field

    + 5+ years in Product management, including 2+ in AI/ML or data-driven platforms. Experience launching AI-powered features in enterprise tools or data products.

    + Wide knowledge of GenAI and RAG strategies, LLMs, micro services and prompt engineering.

    + Familiarity with telemetry and evaluation frameworks for AI agents

    + Experience in AI-assisted product prototyping to validate concepts and features

    + Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration

    + Prior experience with RWD desirable

    + Experience leading multi-department teams: clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress

    The salary range for this position is:

    $122,250.00 - $176,583.33

     

    All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
