    **Job Title** : Transformation Lead - Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC)

    **Location:** Cambridge, MA

     

    About the Job

     

    To enable the effective execution of the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation, this role is focused on upskilling the Sanofi organization – launch and brand teams - by identifying key commercialization capability gaps, designing tailored learning journeys and profiles and ensuring enterprise-wide adoption. You will report directly to the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities lead and will work in collaboration with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure they design and deployment of the capability building and upskilling program.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Drive Change Management Strategy for Launch Readiness:

    Lead change management efforts to enable launch readiness across the organization. Identify commercialization and launch capability gaps in the organization today and develop change strategies that address these gaps through scalable, digital learning programs integrated with SILC resources.

     

    + You will lead cross-functional assessments to identify change readiness and capability gaps, partnering with L&D to co-create tailored change and learning journeys to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation and overall business objectives.

    + You will work with relevant partners to develop and implement change enablement programs that integrate the SILC digital capabilities, resources, and playbooks into the training, ensuring teams are prepared to utilize these tools effectively during product launches.

    + You will define key change management competencies and role-based capability profiles for different functions, ensuring consistency across all teams involved in the commercialization and launch process.

    + You will ensure that critical processes, including launch and brand planning, are designed and aligned with overarching business strategies and therapeutic area plans for launch and are supported by robust change management frameworks to drive adoption and execution.

    Implement scalable learning:

    Develop and execute a change adoption roadmap that includes targeted learning interventions and stakeholder engagement plans.

     

    + You will create simplified launch training processes and integrate learning initiatives into existing systems to drive efficiency while embedding change management principles to ensure sustained behavior change and capability uplift.

    + You will create a scalable change adoption plan with KPIs to measure readiness, engagement, and impact across teams.

    + You will help adapt and constantly refresh the change enablement and learning programs as needed, ensuring they stay relevant to evolving business needs, are scalable across various global teams, and can be tailored to fit different launch journeys.

    **Collaboration with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors:** Collaborate with Sanofi ecosystem and external vendor partners to co-create change management and learning strategies that support launch excellence and align with the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation.

    + You will collaborate with Sanofi ecosystem to assess current capability gaps and develop targeted upskilling plans aligned with the commercialization and launch strategy. You will lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform capability-building and change interventions.

    + You will work with the SILC organization to co-develop change enablement strategies and learning journeys to drive launch and commercialization excellence.

    + You will work with external vendor partners to design and deploy change and learning programs within SILC and the rest of the organization.

    About You

    + You have experience in the US market– particularly in specialty launches within the pharma/biotech industry

    + You have extensive experience in organizational change management and capability building with a strong background in upskilling organizations through digital solutions.

    + You have a solid understanding of digital learning platforms and resources and experience implementing them to support change adoption and capability development.

    + You have expertise in defining change management competencies and capability frameworks that align with organizational goals.

    + You have led cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams in brand strategy, commercialization, and operational functions to drive change and enable successful product launches.

    + You have a proven ability to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives that drive capability uplift and business transformation.

    + You are highly experienced in working with digital tools and platforms to enhance learning and development strategies and support change enablement.

    + You are skilled in identifying and addressing critical capability gaps to drive performance and alignment across teams and in applying change management methodologies to ensure adoption and sustainability.

    + You have strong project management and process design skills, with the ability to integrate learning strategies with broader organizational goals and embed change management into launch planning and execution.

    + A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA/Advanced Degree is desirable.

    + Fluent English: speaking one or several languages is a plus.

    The salary range for this position is:

    $180,000.00 - $260,000.00

     

    All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
