What You’ll Do (And Love Doing)
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the dealmaker, the relationship-builder, and the closer. Your mission? Drive business by connecting with key players in the industry and helping businesses secure the funding they need to thrive.
Hunt and Win: Build a strong network of banks, dealers, vendors, CPAs, and other referral sources to generate leads.
Assess & Approve: Analyze loan requests, crunch the numbers, and determine eligibility.
Mitigate & Manage: Identify risks, ensure compliance, and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.
Build Relationships: Keep in touch with customers, maintain solid client relationships, and manage the loan lifecycle.
Take Control: Assist in collections, collateral sales, and portfolio management—own your success from start to finish.

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Experience in equipment lending and commercial loans is a must.
Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills.
Excellent people skills—you know how to build trust and close deals.
Ability to manage your time, hustle hard, and stay organized.
