    The Role

     

    The Data Analyst IV serves as a senior HR analytics expert and strategic partner to HR and business leadership. This role leads enterprise-level analytics initiatives, enhances workforce intelligence capabilities, and ensures the alignment of data-driven insights with organizational strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute the enterprise HR analytics roadmap to support workforce strategy and business goals.

    + Serve as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors data architecture and reporting optimization.

    + Design predictive and prescriptive models to identify trends in talent acquisition, retention, performance, and proficiency.

    + Lead cross-functional teams in the creation of executive-level dashboards and scorecards.

    + Establish data governance and quality frameworks across all HR data sources.

    + Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for HR executives and business leaders.

    + Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to align HR metrics with organizational KPIs.

    + Provide coaching and technical guidance to data analysts and HRIS team members.

     

    Must Have

     

    Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant exempt experience; Master?s Degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 4 years of experience.

    One of the following may be used as an equivalent to Bachelor's Degree for Information Technology Related Positions Only:

    + NNS Apprentice School graduate

    + Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate

    + Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience

    + Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience

    + High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience

    + High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience

    + A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

    Nice to Have

    + Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or related discipline.

    + Progressive experience in HR analytics, data management, or HRIS.

    + Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, PowerQuery, and Excel analytics functions.

    + Demonstrated ability to connect workforce analytics with business outcomes.

    + Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.

    + Deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors reporting and integration.

    + Experience with advanced analytics tools (Python, R, SQL).

    + Knowledge of HR data compliance, privacy, and governance best practices.

    + Experience building predictive models for workforce planning or attrition analysis.
