Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator/Training Coordinator opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an LMS Administrator/Training Coordinator position in our Human Resources Department. The LMS Administrator/Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's LMS. This role ensures that employees have access to required training, facilitates compliance tracking, and supports educational initiatives within the healthcare facility. The LMS Administrator/Training Coordinator collaborates with HR, clinical educators, and department leaders to enhance employee learning and development. They are also responsible for the day-to-day operations of Bitterroot Health’s training programs, which may include scheduling classes for internal and external customers, developing curriculum, coordinating instructors, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience: Experience in LMS administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
