As a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to meet our business needs
Job Description
We are looking for a **PeopleSoft HCM Consultant.** This position will be **full-time** and **Remote**
What You'll Do
+ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
+ Design, configure, and implement PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
+ Perform hands-on technical development using PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
+ Execute fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing PeopleSoft functionalities.
+ Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation of customizations and integrations.
+ Lead PeopleSoft upgrades, tax updates, patches, and maintenance packs to ensure system performance and compliance.
+ Provide technical and functional support during testing and production phases, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
+ Train end-users and create documentation for processes, configurations, and system functionalities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and PeopleSoft enhancements to provide innovative solutions.
What You'll Need
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant or in a similar role.
+ Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, and Application Engine.
+ Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Talent Management.
+ Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
+ Proficient in SQL and database management systems.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
