Internship Overview

This spring, we’re looking for a Business Operations Intern who is not her to observe; who’s here to contribute, collaborate, and create. This internship is for academic credit only and will run from January 2026-April 2026.

We’re on the lookout for students who:

+ Will be graduating in Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

+ Have a strong career interest in company business operations

+ Are organized and detail-oriented with a take-ownership attitude

+ Possess strong analytical and interpretation skills that study, evaluate given data, and extract relevant information

+ Enjoy interacting with people and have a track record of working successfully in a team-based environment

+ Want an exciting internship opportunity for school credit, with potential for future full-time employment

Specific Responsibilities

The Business Operations Intern will shadow our BizOps team and provide support in areas where they most need it. These areas vary and may include:

+ Providing operational support to the Project Management, Business Operations, and Office Services teams

+ Assisting the operations group with ad-hoc data clean-up projects

+ Preparing materials for monthly utilization and billability review meetings

+ Assistance on generating reports for various stakeholders

+ Understanding Oracle’s NetSuite and OpenAir along with Adobe’s Workfront and ProofHQ

+ Intermediate Excel experience required and database experience a plus

+ Responsible for organizing multiple data files with attention to detail

+ Understanding data integrity while helping the team identify and resolve discrepancies with the data
