About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst. This role supports financial analysis, forecasting, and trend evaluation for the Affluent/Premier banking business. Responsibilities include providing analytical support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing regular reports for senior finance and business leaders. This role will report directly to the Affluent / Premier Banking CFO and have visibility across all levels of finance and the business.
In this role, you will:
+ Provide finance, data, and analytical support to the Affluent / Premier banking business with respect to strategic efforts.
+ Lead cross-functional coordination with partners across CSBB and WIM finance Support will also include regular reporting and updates to senior level finance and business partners.
+ Research key forecasting projections of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
+ Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with creating / developing presentation materials for a senior executive level audience
+ Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and work effectively with others
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
+ Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with both business and finance constituents
+ Experience supporting strategic initiatives.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
