    Job Title: Licensing Associate

     

    Job Type: Contract (3 Months)

     

    Start Date: 11/27/25

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start time, 8-hour shift with 1-hour break

    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Licensing Associate for a short-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and customer service skills who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Validate transactions and ensure all state-required documentation is complete and properly attached.

    + Become a subject matter expert in assigned states for vehicle titling functions.

    + Manage a portfolio of vehicle titles, including processing ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, and lease assumptions.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (e.g., tag agents, dealers) to facilitate title and registration processes.

    + Resolve issues via tasking tools and email, prioritizing based on urgency.

    + Support team members by monitoring workflow queues and assisting with regional tasks as needed.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 1–3 years of experience in customer support or administrative roles.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

    + Strong typing and analytical skills.

    + Ability to adapt to proprietary systems and tools.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with vehicle titles or licensing.

    + Familiarity with state-specific title regulations.

    Compensation:

    + Pay Rate: $16.00–$19.00/hour

    + Contract Duration: 3 months

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
