    Position Description:

    Project Scope • Functional Requirements: 1. Test-Execution Service • Deploy a testing engineer/specialist who can follow client-provided scripts and log results in client's defect-management tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow) • Support iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, web portals, and dealer systems. • Provide own smartphones and laptops; Client provides vehicles, pre-production hardware, credentials, software access (i.e. Smartsheet, TestRail, JIRA) and facility access. 2. Coordination & Reporting • Attend Client-run daily stand-ups (remote or on-site). • Supply defect triage support within four (4) business hours of client request. 3. On-Site Execution • Conduct Detroit-based vehicle interaction tests for at least 30 % of total test hours during each peak window. 4. Optional Scope (Priced Separately) • Author new E2EET test cases based on emergent journeys. Deliverables: 1. Test Execution Log (daily) – Accepted when 100 % of executed cases and defect IDs are captured in client tool* as either a “passed”, “failed” or “blocked” status, as aligned with the client Test Manager. 2. Defect Detail Packages (as-found) – Accepted when reproduction steps, environment, and video/screenshot/photo/screen recording are complete. 3. Cycle-Exit Summary (per project) – Accepted when coverage, pass/fail %, defects, and PDCA recommendations are reviewed/approved by client Test Manager 4. Optional New Test Cases – Accepted when reviewed by Test Manager and uploaded to client tool*. Only for exceptional circumstances if the original test plan did not contain the full scope of the project. * The tool is specified with each project and can include JIRA, TestRail, SmartSheet or MS Excel. Client will review submitted Deliverables within 2 business days where practical. If a Deliverable is rejected due to non-compliance with agreed criteria or incomplete evidence, Supplier will correct and resubmit promptly. Rework due to Supplier error will not consume planned execution capacity for that day’s test schedule.

    Skills Required:

    Acceptance Testing. • Execute and coordinate E2EET across FIS high integrity commitments and business critical initiatives • Validate end-to-end customer journeys as the ‘Customer Before the Customer’, including mobile web/app, in-vehicle and physical • Identify and escalate potential defects, gaps, or usability concerns to the Test Manager • Collaborate with the Test Manager to understand customer personas and enable the correct customer mindset for testing • Provide detailed feedback on test cases from a customer lens of ‘what was impressive’ and ‘what could be improved’ • Complete planned test cycles on time, with = 90% of test cases executed within the committed time period for completion. • Represent the E2EET team in the daily stand-up test meetings during testing window • For every test-execution day, if test case completion falls below velocity target, escalate the next day with (1) Root cause of any shortfall, (2) Impact assessment, (3) Recovery action and revised plan to return to on-schedule status. • Delivery of an executive summary for testing, including a customer-lens assessment on what went well, what didn’t and what couldn’t be assessed, with at least 1 PDCA (plan-do-check-act) recommendation provided per project, within 2 weeks of completion. • Screenshot, screen recording, photo or video evidence provided for every test scenario completed

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $48.00/hr.
