Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Details:

Hours of operation: Mon-Fri , 8am to 8pm EST - Must be able to work ANY 8 hour shift during this window.

Training: 2 weeks of training from 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

Duration: 3-month contract. Some top performers will be converted to permanent positions!

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Start Date: November 25th

Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Job Description:

+ Handling inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.

+ A majority of the calls are to/from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.

Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

+ Must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak)

+ Call center experience preferred!

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience

+ PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office

+ Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
