About the Role
We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish-English) Outbound Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a healthcare client committed to improving the lives of America’s seniors through high-quality, affordable care.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, delivering empathetic, efficient, and accurate support. You’ll help resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services while advocating for members and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Respond to inbound inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
+ Navigate complex member issues and ensure full resolution.
+ Provide personalized, compassionate support.
+ Use internal systems to access member information while maintaining human connection.
+ Document interactions and share feedback to improve processes.
+ Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English
+ 2+ years in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, etc.)
+ Strong empathy and listening skills
+ Tech-savvy with ability to multitask across systems
+ Resilient, accountable, and performance-driven
Nice-to-Have Skills
+ Help desk or technical support experience
+ Exposure to memory care, hospice, or oncology environments
+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant internship/work experience during college

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
