Job Title: Bid Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to manage low margin reporting across all locations, implement price increases, and generate comprehensive reports. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and review low-margin reports on a weekly basis.
+ Execute and monitor price increases for all locations.
+ Generate comprehensive reports summarizing margin analysis results.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation of margin analysis.
+ Communicate insights and findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
+ Identify and analyze trends in margin performance.
+ Perform audits on Point of Purchase (POP) reports as needed.
+ Conduct blanket audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
+ Carry out customer audits to verify data integrity.
+ Provide support to the team as required.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including pivot tables.
+ Strong administrative support skills.
+ Experience in data entry and document management.
+ Familiarity with accounting principles and accounts payable.
+ Effective communication skills.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ontario, California
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
