    The Supervisor will help coordinate and supervise the operation of Food and Nutrition Services and ensure compliance with Food Safety requirements. Ensures standards of customer service, infection control/sanitation, safe food handling, volume food production, menu development, meal assembly, portion control, inventory management, and food service equipment are met.

     

    *Required Qualifications:*

    * High School Diploma or equivalent

    * ServSafe Manager Food Protection Certification or equivalent

    * Three years’ experience in food services, one of which with leadership responsibilities

    * Able to speak, read and write English

    * Customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

    * Complex problem solving, team development, strategic planning and systems planning/development

    * Microsoft Office proficiency

    *Preferred Qualifications:*

    * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field

    * Supervisor experience

    * Healthcare Food Service experience

    * Patient Service experience
