About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to uphold billing integrity. Key Responsibilities

+ Issue and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner

+ Process new contracts and sales transactions

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy

+ Address customer inquiries and resolve billing complaints

+ Monitor accounts receivable and maintain transaction records

+ Assist with customer account reconciliations

+ Prepare and present analytical reports for management

+ Support monthly and quarterly audits and account cleanups

+ Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience

+ 0-3 years of billing experience in a high-volume setting

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
