    Job Title: Senior Data AnalystJob Description

     

    We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to manage day-to-day data management activities of the Customer Master Data team. This role involves partnering with the Team Lead and Manager to address process issues, strategize around streamlining processes, and ensure the team has up-to-date processes and procedures. The successful candidate will assist in establishing data governance standards, ensuring data quality and integrity, and optimizing processes for maintaining customer information.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish data quality metrics.

    + Implement data management best practices.

    + Serve as a back-up in pricing and licensing updates, rebate accrual, and Anti-Torture regulations.

    + Ensure accuracy and timeliness within the SOP guidelines.

    + Serve as a backup in Group Mailbox and SME portal.

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives related to data and beyond.

    + Assist in the design, integration, and implementation of new process flows across departments.

    + Assume additional responsibilities and support management with ad hoc reports and special projects as required.

    + Serve as master data SME on new system integrations or enhancements requiring master data.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of master data experience

    + Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Strong computer skills including Excel Vlookups, Pivot tables, and formulas

    + Proficient understanding of data governance, pricing, and contracting policy and procedures

    + Agile experience of 2+ years

    + Case Management experience of 3+ years

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    + 3+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred

    + SAP experience

    + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Expert level Excel and experience with larger data sets and analytics

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

    + Ability to manage time efficiently and function with independence

    + Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and data governance frameworks (3-5 years)

    Work Environment

    This position is onsite, 5 days a week, in an open cubicle setting with your own workspace. It is initially a 19-week assignment with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time employee based on performance, attendance, and business needs. The work schedule is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.

    This is a Contract position based out of Lake Zurich, Illinois.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
