    What You’ll Do

    As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead with strategy and precision—developing tailored sales plans that resonate with prospective clients. You’ll use powerful tools like pitch decks, presentation templates, and service offerings to guide high-value conversations. Your expertise will help uncover customer needs and deliver cost-effective solutions that align with financial goals.

    You’ll also:

    + Build initial economic models using key metrics to support decision-making.

    + Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners.

    + Collaborate with dealers and installers to recommend optimal product solutions.

    + Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

    + Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report performance using CRM tools.

    + Ensure seamless transitions of new accounts to Area Account Managers.

    What You Bring

    + 5–7 years of proven success in regional or multi-territory sales management.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

    + Strong leadership and team development skills.

    + Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Strategic thinking backed by data analysis and problem-solving.

    + Experience in cold calling, outside sales, and account management.

    Location & Type

     

    This is a permanent, full-time position based in Mandan, North Dakota.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
