    Position Summary: The Enrollment Specialist serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current students, guiding them through the admissions, enrollment, and registration processes. This role supports student success by providing accurate information, personalized assistance, and timely follow-up throughout the student lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person. Assist students with application completion, document submission, and enrollment steps. Provide guidance on academic programs, registration procedures, and financial aid options. Maintain and update student records in the college’s student information system. Collaborate with academic advisors, financial aid staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless student experience. Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and outreach activities. Monitor enrollment trends and prepare reports for internal use. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations.

    Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education, business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or student services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
