HIRING: Corporate HR Business Partner!
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate HR Business Partner to join our team. This role involves managing multiple functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, training, and performance management. You will serve as a contact for employees across various business segments, providing expert guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
Responsibilities
+ Manage benefits administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, training, and performance management.
+ Resolve a wide range of issues using both imaginative and practical approaches.
+ Serve as a contact for employees in multiple business segments, answering questions and resolving complex issues.
+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with personnel at all levels.
+ Participate in recruitment strategies and workforce planning, partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
+ Manage employee relations casework, including gathering and analyzing facts and applying relevant laws.
+ Provide expertise, consultation, and coaching to managers on employee behavior and performance concerns.
+ Lead processes including workplace accommodations, leave management, and involuntary separations.
+ Evaluate current practices and offer innovative approaches for improvement.
+ Create and execute HR strategies.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in employee benefits, human resources, and employee relations.
+ Ability to build strategic partnerships with business leaders and teams.
+ Strong coaching and guidance skills for managers.
+ At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.
+ BA/BS degree required.
+ Experience with Benefits Administration for self-funded employers preferred.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos.
+ Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.
+ 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Manager role.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws.
+ Ability to influence positively across organizational levels.
+ Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

+ Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and capability.
+ Experience with full employee life cycle management.
+ Ability to make appropriate decisions considering costs and benefits.
+ Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture.
Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site at our corporate office in the NYC area. We offer comprehensive benefits and workplace extras, including a flexible paid time off plan, employee discounts, and regular employee events. You will have 24-hour access to a shuttle service between our Bronx headquarters and the subway.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bronx, New York
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
