Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Group Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for a large organization. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the administrative field while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide general administrative support primarily for a group of 3000 people, including 1200 based in Redmond.
+ Coordinate meetings and events, manage department financial and personnel operations, and oversee facility purchasing and operations.
+ Complete special projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements for the team as needed.
+ Enforce and uphold policies and procedures of the defined teams.
+ Manage space and equipment for new hires and ensure effective space management across the organization.
+ Serve as a point of contact for vendor requests and onboarding items.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in group administration and team support for large teams.
+ Experience with space management for at least 2 years.
+ Proven professional administrative experience of 3-4 years.
+ Strong communication and project management skills.
+ Ability to efficiently handle multiple ad hoc requests and prioritize them effectively.
+ Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a large tech company is a plus.
+ Ability to take ownership of projects and execute them efficiently.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
Work Environment
The role is fully onsite, 5 days a week, at the Redmond, WA campus. You will be working in a large, fast-paced professional office setting. Standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and monitor will be provided by the supplier. The team is close-knit and values collaboration and mutual support.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
