Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans. This role involves task management, timeline oversight, deliverable coordination, and milestone tracking to ensure projects are on schedule. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and document project details. Additionally, the role requires effective facilitation of stakeholder communications and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage a detailed project plan including tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
+ Document and maintain project details and create status reports.
+ Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure deliverables are met.
+ Act as a central knowledge base for project information, providing clear direction to teams.
+ Consult with other teams and stakeholders to secure cooperation for plans and schedules.
+ Escalate changes to scope, budget, and timing, proposing solutions to changes.
+ Establish agendas and run effective and productive project meetings.
+ Create and maintain project artifacts per HR and PMO policies and standards.
+ Integrate communication and change management activities into overall project plans.
+ Create communications, presentations, and resources as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree; 5-7 years of experience in project management and large-scale initiatives.
+ Solid understanding of project management methodology, including issue resolution and risk management.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project).
+ Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently.
+ Intermediate level in Excel, Mail Merge, Docusign, and MS Teams.
+ Strong communication skills with executive-level presence and influence.
+ Working knowledge of human resources management principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with resource management practices and change management techniques.
+ Demonstrated initiative and decision-making capabilities.
Work Environment
The work environment offers a very flexible hybrid schedule, transitioning to in-office from Tuesday to Thursday in the new year. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
