Job Description
Join our Mass Media team as a Program Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming our delivery fleet into a measured mass media channel. You will lead program management across various functional teams to manage campaigns, working closely with creative, marketing, operations, measurement, and BI teams. This role is essential in maintaining organization and driving success for high-level product management goals.
Responsibilities
+ Lead program management across functional teams to manage campaigns, including creative, marketing, operations, measurement, and BI teams.
+ Own work-back schedules and conduct weekly GTM campaign readiness meetings.
+ Remove blockers and issues, facilitating business and goals reviews.
+ Improve workflow productivity, with a focus on AI-driven initiatives.
+ Coordinate activities across operations, marketing, finance, science, analytics, and product teams to deliver on-time and in-full.
+ Develop detailed project plans and manage dependencies for seamless delivery.
+ Communicate with worldwide stakeholders through weekly/monthly updates.
+ Identify and resolve roadblocks, risks, and issues impacting campaign timelines or performance.
+ Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define campaign requirements.
+ Document processes and create training materials to enable scalability and consistency.
+ Lead program management for planning and budget-related mechanisms.
+ Analyze campaign data and metrics to optimize future initiatives.
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of program management experience.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Experience launching international and multi-functional projects.
+ Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work-back schedules.
+ Proficiency with PM tracking tools and flexibility with tool preferences.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
+ Experience with CPG or similar industries is beneficial.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project tracking tools.
+ Familiarity with tech companies like Google, Meta, Apple, Adobe.
Work Environment
This position requires onsite work in either Seattle or New York, with flexibility for early morning calls with teams in the UK. The role is part of a team that is focused on transforming the fleet and packages into a major out-of-home media channel.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position (ONSITE) based out of Seattle, Washington OR New York City, New York!
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
