Job Title: Interim Amazon Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interim Amazon Manager to lead and manage our Amazon business operations. This role is critical to driving growth, maintaining brand integrity, and optimizing performance on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Business Management:
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon business, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and brand standards.
+ Vendor Central Expertise:
+ Manage all aspects of Amazon Vendor Central, including product listings, uploads, and issue resolution.
+ Strategic Planning & Execution:
+ Develop and implement quarterly strategies to support growth goals. Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotional campaigns and manage sales forecasts.
Performance Tracking:
+ Monitor and analyze brand performance by SKU across Amazon and .com platforms. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to inform decision-making.
Relationship Management:
+ Maintain a strong working relationship with the Amazon account representative to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
+ Listing Optimization:
+ Update and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon standards. Address ASIN detail issues and respond to platform alerts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives and operational alignment.
Qualifications:
+ 3–5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a strong focus on Vendor Central.
+ Proven track record of driving growth and managing promotional campaigns on Amazon.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
+ Deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including Vendor Central, ASIN management, and promotional tools.
+ Experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across departments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
