IMMEDIATE MEDICAL BILLING ASSISTANT JOB OPENINGS - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO THE MEDICAL ADMIN FIELD WORKING FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST HEALTHCARE FACILITIES IN THE AREA

ROCHESTER, NY (ON SITE ONLY)

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

$18/HR

Qualifications:

+ 2 years of office administration/data entry experience

+ Microsoft Excel proficient

+ Detail oriented

+ Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with the billing team to perform data entry and verification tasks.

+ Utilize Excel extensively to manage and analyze data related to patient accounts.

+ Process new information and update patient accounts accordingly.

+ Identify and resolve any missing information by employing various methods to obtain the necessary data.

+ Reach out to current patients to gather required information for their accounts.

+ Work with paper reports, ensuring they are accurately processed and updated in the system

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
