Loan Officer –

Start Date: November 3, 2025 (Additional class starts in December)

About the Role:

We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in mortgage lending with paid training, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Base Salary: $30,576 annually

+ Year 1 Expected Earnings: $85,000–$125,000 (base + uncapped bonuses)

+ Bonus Structure: Tiered basis points based on funded loan volume

Schedule & Location:

+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ On-site at: 1375 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85257

Responsibilities:

+ Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers

+ Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching

+ Handle warm leads from multiple referral sources

+ Use CRM and loan origination systems

+ Deliver exceptional customer service

+ Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentives

+ Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

• Requirements:

+ SAFE licensing (company-paid)

+ Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles

+ Strong communication skills

+ Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

+ No mortgage experience required – we train you!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
