Position: Escrow Processor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

Pay: $28-30/hr

Responsibilities

+ Assist with pre-closing preparation and post-closing tasks

+ Handle money transfers, closing documentation, and customer communications

+ Review contracts and assemble necessary documents for closing

+ Submit post-closing documents to lenders for funding approval

+ Ensure all parties receive final settlement statements

+ Coordinate information collection to finalize property sales

Top Skills

+ 1+ years’ experience as an escrow processor or working with escrow daily

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

+ Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
