    CO+I’s Global Unified Technology Systems supports datacenter optimization through a range of tools and processes. As Senior Technical Program Manager – Inventory Management, you’ll ensure inventory and supply chain operations deliver stakeholder value, leveraging your subject matter expertise and process improvement experience to help meet organizational objectives.

     

    This role leads and coordinates cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, effective resource allocation, and adherence to governance protocols while continuously driving process improvements and mentoring others. Additionally, it involves managing complex programs, fostering collaboration, integrating knowledge across disciplines, and clearly communicating strategies to achieve business objectives and innovation.

    This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

     

    Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

     

    This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    + We are looking for someone with great project and program management skills who is passionate about process improvement, will drive actionable insights across complex business, and will identify and resolve critical problems for our stakeholders.

    + Works with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Product Teams, Engineering, Finance), stakeholders, and leadership to align the project portfolio to organizational goals and annual planning

    + Produces collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.

    + Communicates clearly on the benefits of the program, the release plan and communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.

    + Defines work requirements, creates plans and documentation and monitors program execution.

    + Continually evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses while proactively addressing problems and risks.

    + Trusted Advisor - Provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders answering related questions or issues, while demonstrating a positive attitude.

    + Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.

    + Defines vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization

    + Ensures buy in and adoption of the new program or change by others in the organization.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

    + 4+ years of project management experience.

    + 4+ years of inventory management experience

    + 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

    While not required, we also look for the following **Preferred Qualifications:**

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

    + 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

    + Sound business acumen and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities

    + Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)

    + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within multiple levels of an organization

    + Be comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using data to influence decision making

    + Knowledge of engineering agile methodologies

    + Demonstrated influencing skills, with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work streams across various levels of the organization, and prioritize as needed, including pushing back

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

    Background Check Requirements:

    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

     

    + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

     

    Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
