Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions & Platform organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI solutions for healthcare. We are building AI solutions for nurses that transform the way they deliver care and empower them to enhance efficiency, reduce cognitive burden, and improve patient outcomes. We are looking for a **Principal Customer Growth Lead** to join our team to support the expansion of our nursing solutions business and be responsible for increasing our customer and active user base.

    Responsibilities

    The Principal Customer Growth Lead will be responsible for:

    + Driving customer and business growth by partnering with sales leadership to build sales strategies, accelerating sales pipeline, and supporting deals for the nursing product.

    + Supporting marketing in developing compelling collaterals that tell a powerful and differentiated product story, including customer ROI.

    + Ensuring we leverage both healthcare industry events as well as nursing-specific forums to increase product awareness and accelerate product visibility.

    + Managing product engagements with healthcare systems, nursing leadership, and frontline nurses to evangelize the product and help grow the business.

    + Supporting consulting and customer success teams in developing best practices in driving adoption.

    + Planning and building growth strategies that engage nurses (especially student nurses, early-career clinicians, and well-regarded nurse influencers) to discover, try, and promote our product by tapping into nursing education programs, certification pathways, and peer-to-peer influence.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 5+ years of proven experience in selling, building, and/or marketing healthcare enterprise solutions.

    + Proven track record of growing early-stage healthcare enterprise products.

    + Proficient communication skills, with the ability to engage nurse leadership and healthcare executives.

    + Proven track record of cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and coordination across product, sales, marketing, consulting, and customer success teams.

    Other Requirements:

    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

     

    + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Fluent in digital channels (paid social, search, influencer, email, content) and know how to activate them for growth.

    + Recognized thought leader (publications, speaking engagements, industry participation) in healthcare.

    + Good understanding of clinical workflows and compliance requirements.

     

    Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
