Responsibilities
This role will serve as the voice of nursing within our product and engineering organization. This role combines clinical leadership with product strategy and execution ensuring that our product strategy and execution are grounded in real-world clinical practices and nursing workflows. The Chief Nursing Product Lead will be responsible for
+ Partnering with product leaders to identify opportunities by addressing high-impact unmet needsin nursing and help translate complex clinical workflows into actionable product requirements.
+ Providing deep subject matter expertisewhile collaborating with Product Management, User Experience Design, and Engineering, during all stages of productdevelopment to ensurevalue, usability, integration, and clinical relevance of the nursingproducts.
+ Building trust and working relationships with healthcare systems, nursing leadership, and frontline nurses by demonstrating real-world understanding of their needs and helping establish tight R&D partnership processes.
+ Evangelizing the product with strategic customer engagements and serving as a trusted clinical leader to establish credibility with customers and industry partners.
+ Support consulting and customer success teamsin developing best practices in driving adoption and contribute to thought leadership through presenting at conferences and industry forums.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in healthcare industry
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 7 years in nursing practice.
+ 3+ years in nursing informatics leadership.
+ Proven leadership experience and track record in driving digital transformation and implementing clinical information systems (EHRs, nursing documentation, clinical decision support, mobile solutions) for nursing.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
+ Previous experience as a CNIO, CNO, or senior nursing informatics leader in a hospital or health system.
+ Recognized thought leader (publications, speaking engagements, industry participation).
+ Proficiency in understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare data standards (eg FHIR, HL7), and compliance requirements
+ Proficient communication skills, with the ability to engage nursing leadership, executives, and product teams alike
+ Recent clinical leadership experience working at a health system within the last 3 years.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
