Responsibilities
+ This role demands a blend of data analyst and reporting skills to contribute towards product led growth analytics for the Microsoft copilot studio product.
+ Business & Data Understanding: Develop a grasp of business processes, evolving data landscapes, and data lineage across multiple domains. Identify connections between first and third-party data sources to inform infrastructure and analytical frameworks.
+ Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business questions, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in evaluating and testing data models, incorporating feedback to improve performance and accuracy.
+ Customer Orientation & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, interpret insights, and communicate findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ensure results are accessible and tailored to audience needs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications** **:
+ Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in PowerBI, AzureDataExplorer, Grifana or other data visualization tools.
**Other Requirements** :Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications :
+ Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience in Product led growth analytics.
+ Experience in AI-driven analytics.
Data Analytics IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
