FastTrack for M365 is seeking a technically adept **Senior Product Manager** to create scalable onboarding benefits focused on M365 Copilot, with the goal of influencing FastTrack’s strategy and roadmap to support agent-driven solutions for Microsoft 365 customers.
As a **Senior Product Manager,** you will lead the advancement of FastTrack by championing Microsoft 365 Copilot scenarios, with a solid focus on technical enablement of Copilot and 3rd party integrations. In this pivotal role, you will enable customers to unlock new scenarios and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot by leveraging insights and providing actionable recommendations.
This position is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities
+ Identify and analyze unmet customer needs and market opportunities for Microsoft 365 Copilot using quantitative and qualitative methods.
+ Unlocking customer use cases and scenarios through technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot products, including Agents, Connectors, and other 3rd party extensions.
+ Align stakeholders on strategic value for new features; apply insights and learnings to influence roadmap and strategy.
+ Measure and report progress, driving action for product and feature iteration.
+ Leverage customer listening systems and data to generate actionable insights.
+ Conduct market/user research, competitive analyses, and industry trends to inform strategy.
+ Embody Microsoft’s culture and values, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in technical product/program management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years experience leading technical product/program strategy, roadmap development, and execution in agent architecture and AI-driven products.
+ 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (ex: growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
+ 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (ex: design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
+ Experienced with APIs, integrations and application lifecycle management.
+ Experienced collaborating with engineering and field teams to drive strategic alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
+ Experience in M365 Copilot, Agents, Connectors, Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry
+ Experience with Agile and iterative development processes.
+ Experience in experimentation and data-driven decision making.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
