Join the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) as a GEOS Solutions Specialist, where you will play a key role in researching and resolving system access issues. Become a subject matter expert in firm-wide applications and processes, collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to ensure seamless communication and efficient business operations.
As a GEOS Solutions Specialist within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will support business operations by tracking, compiling, and coordinating system access information. Your role involves incident management, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance, requiring innovative thinking and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Investigate and resolve system access issues, tracking relevant data and compiling comprehensive reports.
+ Take ownership of major incidents affecting the business, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
+ Identify process gaps and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
+ Share clear and timely updates with teams across the organization, including root cause analysis and solutions.
+ Build strong relationships with stakeholders to encourage open communication and trust.
+ Work independently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
+ Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
+ Partner with team members and cross-functional teams to foster a positive, productive environment.
+ Analyze situations, apply sound judgment, and make informed decisions.
+ Deliver timely status reports and progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
+ Support business operations by becoming a subject matter expert in firm-wide applications and processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Experience in business support, operations, or a similar role.
+ Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
+ Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

+ Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
