As a **Healthcare Payments Implementation Manager** within the InstaMed team at JPMorganChase, you will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other personnel in Sales, Contracting, Product Management and Technical Operations and be responsible for implementing InstaMed's solutions, directly or indirectly, with healthcare providers. You must have at least 2-4 years of client facing experience delivering technology solutions within the healthcare or payments industry. InstaMed is a fast-paced healthcare technology company, so the ability to learn and retain product knowledge and stay organized is critical to success.
Job Responsibilities
+ Manage multiple concurring implementation projects in an effective and expedient manner to ensure quality implementations for InstaMed's customers.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on InstaMed solutions, providing technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and functionality based on the customer's specific business needs.
+ Analyze and resolve technical issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
+ Monitor implementation activities and effectively manage customer expectations through communication and planning to ensure a positive customer experience and full utilization of the InstaMed solutions.
+ Complete account setup and deliver end user training for full suite of InstaMed solutions.
+ Manage escalations to quickly address concerns that come up during Implementation.
+ Complete Any other duties as applicable to the position.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
+ Strong understanding of the healthcare or payments industry.
+ Detailed oriented, well organized, and driven to keep your book of business on track and updated in a timely manner.
+ Ability to rapidly understand the InstaMed Platform and solutions and acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly.
+ Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Prior experience in a technology company required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Healthcare or payment experience preferred.
