    Our Human Services Transformation offering delivers large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies.

     

    Work you'll do

    As a Project Delivery Specialist - Interface Lead in the GPS HST Technology group, you will:

    + Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and develop technical specifications for integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/internal systems.

    + Integration Delivery: Oversee development and configuration of APIs, middleware, and batch interfaces, ensuring data quality, reliability, and security.

    + Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with business analysts, client IT teams, 3rd-party vendors, and Dynamics 365 architects to align integration needs and resolve blockers.

    + Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and manage test plans for interfaces, perform data validation, and ensure successful end-to-end UAT.

    + Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design documents, mapping specifications, and change logs.

    + Compliance: Ensure all interfaces meet applicable state/federal data privacy, security, and reporting requirements (e.g., HIPAA).

    Required Qualifications

    + 7 + years of consulting and/or industry experience

    + 4+ years' experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure

    + 4+ years' experience with Screen & Interface Design

    + 4+ years' experience with Cloud/Azure Architecture

    + Bachelor's degree

    + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

    + Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

    + Must be local to Seattle, WA

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of integration experience, with a focus on large enterprise or government solutions

    + 5+ years' experience in integration patterns using Power Platform - Power Automate, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Services, Azure Service Bus, etc.

    + 4+ years' experience with MS Dynamics CRM, MS Azure Logic Applications, or MS Azure API

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Child welfare or healthcare data is a strong plus

    + Proficient in requirements analysis, technical documentation, and troubleshooting integration issues

     

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,000 to $179,000.

     

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
