    We’re seeking an experienced** **Customer Service Representative** **to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, processing orders, managing client inventory, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

     

    Pay Range:** **$20–$24/hour

     

    Schedule:** **Monday–Thursday, four-day work week

     

    Employment Type:** **Temporary (Covering MatLeave)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

    + Process and manage customer orders, including sales orders, packing slips, and related documentation.

    + Maintain accurate digital and physical records of customer transactions.

    + Communicate proactively with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and provide updates.

    + Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up.

    + Monitor and maintain client inventory stored.

    Required Skills & Abilities

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Excellent follow-up skills and customer focus.

    + Ability to stay organized and productive under pressure in a high-volume environment.

    + Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.

    + Proficient in general computer applications; experience with **Epicor software** is a plus.

    + Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a self-managed team.

    Education & Experience

    + High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

    + Minimum of **three years of customer service experience** in a manufacturing setting required.

    + Prior experience supporting supply chain or order fulfillment processes preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    + Must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and phone.\#INDBH
