We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Purchasing Coordinator** to support procurement and inventory functions across multiple facilities.

Purchasing Coordinator

**Location:** Channahon, Illinois

**Pay:** 75,000-88,000 DOE

+ Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and logistics to ensure product availability, manage supplier relationships, and maintain accurate inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and process product-related purchase orders across all facilities

+ Monitor inventory levels and forecast supply needs

+ Collaborate across departments to ensure supply chain efficiency

+ Maintain and audit inventory databases (Deacom)

+ Track vendor performance and maintain supplier records

+ Support compliance with industry and regulatory standards

Education/Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ 3–7 years of purchasing or supply chain experience

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
