• VIP Hospitality Barista

    Job Summary

    The Barista is responsible for proudly pouring Peet’s in a backstage VIP Exclusive Access area with discretion and professionalism being our number one goal, combined with world-class service in making our Peet’s coffee drinks. Hourly Range from $30.00 and up.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Maintain clean and sanitized workstation while following health and safety regulations. Restock work and dining areas by taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, tables or over the counter.

    + Engage with and greet all tour staff personnel in a friendly and inviting manner. Inform them about special items and answer any questions.

    + Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea. Stock food and beverages.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Possession of safe food/beverage certification prior to employment or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

     

    Education and/or Experience

     

    + A minimum education level of High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + A minimum of 1 to 2 years of related work experience.

     

    Skills and Abilities

     

    + Strong interpersonal and organization skills.

    + Must be proactive in providing exceptional customer service.

    + Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism.

    + Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
