We are seeking an **experienced Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR)** to join our dedicated team at **VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital** .

Why We Need You

As the _face of our hospital_ , our Client Service Representatives set the tone for every client experience and help maintain trust and confidence in our care.

Your responsibilities include:

+ Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

+ Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments

+ Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients

+ Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees

+ Recommending products, services, and wellness plans

+ Signing up clients for the **MyVCA app** and **online pharmacy**

+ Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)

+ Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming

+ Providing care for hospital pets as needed

Our CSRs are the **first and last impression** our clients and patients have — and we take great pride in that responsibility!
