    Qualifications:

    + 2 years of bedside RN experience

    + Homecare experience preferred

    + AlayaCare experience preferred

    + Start of Care experience preferred

    Requirements:

    + NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration

    + BLS from American Heart Association

    + Physical, QuantiFERON within a year

    + MMR Titers within 10 years

    + NPI #

    + Malpractice insurance
