    Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to work in a 1:1 private duty home care setting.

    Qualifications/Education:

    + At least 6 months of nursing experience

    + Nurse license and registration

    + BLS from American Heart Association

    + Physical, QuantiFERON within a year

    + MMR Titers within 10 years

    + Malpractice Insurance

    + NPI #

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan

    + Provide health promotion, counseling, and education

    + Administer medications and other personalized interventions

    + Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.

    + Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs

    + Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

    + Additional responsibilities as required

    Pay Rate:

    + $35/hour
