The Director of Student Success and Career Services serves as a leader within the Falk College of Sport, responsible for advancing an integrated strategy for academic advising, student support, and career development. The Director guides efforts that elevate student achievement, persistence, and post-graduate readiness across innovative and interdisciplinary disciplines, including sport management, sport analytics, esports, exercise science, and nutrition/nutrition science. This role acts as a strategic resource to faculty, department chairs, and senior administrators, contributing expertise in data-informed decision-making, inclusive student engagement, and high-impact practices. The Director plays a critical role in shaping the college's long-term vision for student success by fostering a culture of collaboration, belonging, and career readiness in sport and health-related education.
