We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team for the summer\. This internship offers a hands\-on opportunity to work in our Windows environment, focusing on scripting and automation\. The ideal candidate will gain valuable experience developing PowerShell scripts, enabling self\-service solutions, and learning SCCM for device management and software deployment\.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and test PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enable self\-service functionalities for end\-users\.

•Assist in creating automated solutions for troubleshooting and performing user\-driven actions, such as software installations\.

•Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement innovative automation opportunities\.

•Document scripts, processes, and solutions for team reference and long\-term use\.

•Provide support for troubleshooting Windows environment issues\.

Requirements:

•Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field\.

•Some experience with scripting or development \(PowerShell preferred\)\.

•Familiarity with Windows environments and basic troubleshooting\.

•Strong problem\-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail\.

•Ability to work independently and in a team\-oriented setting\.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Knowledge of PowerShell or similar languages / platforms\.

•Interest in automation, software deployment, or IT process improvement\.
