Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving large-scale projects and transformational process changes to support evolving retail business needs. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, identifying and documenting business requirements, leading testing efforts, and managing end-to-end business processes from current state analysis through to future state design. The role also encompasses change management leadership, effective communication across business functions, and coaching of peers and partners to foster collaboration and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the documentation and development of current and future state business processes to support functional and non-functional requirements.
+ Define and implement best practice structures, roles, and change management standards to drive project development and successful adoption of retail technologies.
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions with internal partners and external retailers to gather and validate key business requirements.
+ Develop and document comprehensive business requirements and test plans to support cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, operations, and IT.
+ Lead and manage Business Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure solutions meet business needs.
+ Provide change management support and direction to teams impacted by technology and process changes.
+ Mentor and coach peers and project partners to build capability and enhance team effectiveness.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or related environment.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
+ Proficiency in business documentation and communication tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with the ability to visualize complex concepts.
+ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
+ Salesforce certification required.
The base hourly range for this contract position is $40-$70 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
