    Our GTM Operations organization is seeking an MS&T GTM Ops Sales Ops Manager to drive strategic vendor programs and oversee fiscal strategic priorities for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. The Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, managing complex global initiatives while ensuring effective vendor relationships and fiscal accountability across our marketing solutions ecosystem. This role combines strategic program management with vendor strategy expertise to optimize operational excellence and drive sustainable business growth.

     

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business through strategic vendor partnerships, strategic priorities and fiscal governance. The ideal candidate will be a nimble team player who can manage confidential information while collaborating with vendors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable results that directly impact executive-level decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage global vendor programs including roadmap development, strategy formulation, and success metrics definition across multiple stakeholders

    + Oversee fiscal strategic priorities by developing and monitoring key financial metrics, ROI modeling, and budget optimization initiatives

    + Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute programs against strategic plans while managing timelines, tracking progress, and mitigating risks

    + Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives by developing frameworks for communication, training, and implementing innovative solutions

    + Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports on vendor performance, program status, and fiscal health metrics

    + Build strong collaborative partnerships with Business Operations, Finance, and vendor partners while facilitating global alignment on strategy and implementation

    + Develop scalable playbooks, best practices, and governance frameworks for vendor management and fiscal accountability

    + Define and track comprehensive KPIs for vendor performance, program success, and fiscal objectives

    + Provide regular cadence of updates to leadership on program progress, vendor performance, and strategic initiatives

    + Manage multiple complex work-streams concurrently while maintaining focus on strategic priorities and operational excellence

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field

    + 6+ years of experience in program/project management, management consulting, vendor management, or business operations

    + 5+ years of experience with data analysis and financial modeling to drive business decisions such as SQL.

    + Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    + Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and complex stakeholder ecosystems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proven track record of managing global vendor programs with measurable business impact and experience in digital media/advertising industry

    + Strong analytical background with experience in statistical analysis, ROI modeling, and financial data visualization using Salesforce, Tableau, and other BI tools

    + Demonstrated ability to present data-driven recommendations to senior executives with exceptional stakeholder and change management capabilities

    + Experience developing vendor governance frameworks and driving fiscal accountability initiatives while thinking strategically and executing tactically in ambiguous environments

    + PMP or Six-Sigma certification with distinctive problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

     

    The pay range for this role is **$126,000-$204,000** . Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
