About the role

As a Product Manager, you will make an impact by bridging communication between client stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure seamless product delivery. You will be a valued member of the Digital Product Delivery team and work collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers, and QA professionals across geographies.

In this role, you will:

+ Act as a proxy between client and offshore teams to communicate requirements and provide detailed documentation for user stories and sub-stories.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Development, and QA teams to launch web-based products and enhancements.

+ Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

+ Understand and advocate for the end-to-end customer experience.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to optimize collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.

What you need to have to be considered:

+ Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.

+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and web development practices.

+ Proven experience working on B2C web applications.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.

These will help you stand out:

+ Certifications in Product Management and Scrum/Agile practices.

+ Experience optimizing cross-functional collaboration in distributed teams.

+ Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX principles.

Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Greenwood Village, CO; Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until October 29th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 – $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
