JOB OVERVIEW
As an Associate Key Account Manager- Commercial you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with key accounts in the industry. Your strategic insights, proactive approach, and ability to understand client needs will be essential in maximizing sales opportunities and achieving business objectives.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Key Accounts and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or is based out of our Irvine office.
As an Associate Key Account Manager- Dealer Sales, you will have an opportunity to:
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at retail accounts.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
+ Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
+ Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
+ Drive sales growth by promoting products and solutions tailored to the needs of powersports retailers.
+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales coordinators, marketing, and product development, to support sales initiatives and meet client needs.
+ Gather market intelligence and conduct analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats.
+ Utilize insights to adapt sales strategies, anticipate customer needs, and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
+ Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to internal stakeholders.
You have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
+ 1-2 years of experience in strategic account management, customer service, or related field
+ Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
+ Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
+ Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Expected Hours of Work & Office Requirements:
+ Must be available to work occasional off-hours.
+ Must be available during standard business hours.
Travel:
+ Travel required for 2 seasonal sales meetings and corresponding lines showings each year.
+ Attend trade shows as needed.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $69,700.00 - $98,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
