    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks SQL Databricks Delta Lake Databricks Workflows and PySpark. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts without the need for travel.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks SQL and PySpark to support business analytics needs.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that enhance business processes.

    • Optimize and manage Databricks Delta Lake environments to ensure data integrity and performance.

    • Implement Databricks Workflows to automate data processing tasks and improve efficiency.

    • Provide technical expertise in data modeling and ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Defining the architecture of agentic AI systems, selecting frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and integrating them with existing infrastructure.

    • Building and deploying AI agents for complex tasks involving reasoning, planning, and tool execution.

    • Integrating agentic AI solutions with existing systems for seamless functionality and scalability across cloud platforms.

    • Design and implement NLP and LLM based solutions for text classification, entity recognition,summarization and question answering

    • Expertise in working with python language and frameworks

    Qualifications

    • Possess strong experience in Databricks SQL Databricks Delta Lake Databricks Workflows and PySpark.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes.

    • Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, research) to identify use cases, prototype solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

    • Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

    • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

    Certifications Required

    Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
