             Job Description: Experienced Project Manager will lead the implementation of a Microsoft 365 Teams environment designed to support project and proposal workflows. This role will oversee all phases of the project -from planning and design through rollout and governance - to ensure a secure, compliant, and well-adopted collaboration platform. Additionally, this role will lead the generation of training and procedure documents as well as conduct the necessary training to support the project’s goal. Essential Functions: + Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 Teams to support CUI workflows and compliance requirements. + Manage project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management to ensure timely delivery. + Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while maintaining a detailed project plan and tracking milestones. + Conduct requirements gathering and architecture design to map CUI data flows and design compliant Teams and channel structures. + Oversee the configuration and integration of Microsoft 365 apps such as OneNote, Planner, Power BI, and MS Project. + Manage the implementation of Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including labeling, retention, and protection policy configuration. + Coordinate testing and validation of compliance controls, permissions, and DLP configurations. + Lead pilot deployments, user onboarding, and process refinement based on pilot feedback. + Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support adoption and compliance. + Conduct live and recorded training sessions for end users, administrators, and leadership to ensure consistent understanding and application of CUI handling practices. + Design and implement change management and communication strategies to promote user adoption and organizational readiness. + Direct the enterprise deployment and user migration while ensuring alignment with data governance and compliance policies. + Establish and maintain a Teams governance framework to support ongoing compliance, audits, and operational improvements. + Provide clear, regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and key outcomes. + Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DOD Security Clearance. Requirements Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor of Science and 10+ years of experience leading IT or Microsoft 365 implementation projects, ideally within regulated or data-sensitive environments. + Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, Teams administration, and CUI compliance requirements. + Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP, and governance frameworks. + Prior experience developing and delivering technical and end-user training programs, including documentation and multimedia content. + Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. + PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications: + Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. (no agencies)
